If you nevertheless ordered the product and it came to you defective or for some reason it is not what you ordered, contact us to see how it will be returned or how it will be changed.

THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED AND EXCHANGED WITHIN THE 10 DAYS OF THEIR PURCHASE. YOU CANNOT RETURN THEM OR CHANGE THEM IF 10 DAYS HAVE PASSED.

NO RETURNED PRODUCTS WITH VIOLATED PACKAGING OR WITHOUT LABEL.

Can I ship the product differently than I received it?
NO, you can not. You will send the product in the same way as you received it.

Is there a case for my return not being accepted?
YES, product return may not be accepted in cases such as

          The return cost is borne entirely by the buyer.

What about the amount I paid to get the product?
The amount you paid will be refunded in full or you can use it for subsequent purchases in our store depending on the type of product or the will of the buyer. All this must be notified to us by the buyer at the time of return.
